1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS By accessing markpointsystems.com or using our lead automation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. MARKPOINT SYSTEMS LLC provides technology consulting and automation services to licensed real estate professionals.

2. SMS TERMS & CONSENT By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from MARKPOINT SYSTEMS LLC regarding lead triage alerts and account updates.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES Clients (Real Estate Agents) are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to share lead data with MARKPOINT SYSTEMS LLC for the purpose of automation.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY MARKPOINT SYSTEMS LLC is a technology service provider. We are not responsible for the ultimate conversion of leads or the professional conduct of the real estate agents using our systems.

5. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine.

7. Carrier Liability Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages sent via the MARKPOINT SYSTEMS LLC platform.

8. Age Restriction You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or request a Speed-to-Lead audit.
